    EXCHANGES

    If you have received your item and need a different style or size, we are happy to exchange it for shop credit. Items must be unworn and free of odors and stains - items damaged by the customer cannot be exchanged. All sale items and mystery tees are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

    Please contact our support team at hello@d3tees.com if you have any questions about the eligibility of your item for a shop credit exchange. Please include the original packing slip or a note with your name and order number in the return package. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

    RETURNS

    We do not offer returns at this time, only exchanges for shop credit (see above).

    ORDER CANCELLATIONS

    We are unable to cancel or alter orders after they have been placed. Please review all sizes and order quantities prior to checkout.

    INCORRECT ITEMS

    If you received the wrong item, please send us an email at hello@d3tees.com with your name, order number, and the incorrect item that you received. We will take care of the issue as soon as possible at no additional cost to the customer.
